What services do you offer?

We offer six core services under one roof: tax planning and strategy, bookkeeping and accounting, IRS help and audit defense, entity formation and structuring, financial forecasting and fractional CFO advisory, and nonprofit compliance. We also prepare tax returns for our clients.

Who do you work with?

We specialize in high-income earners, real estate investors, multi-entity business owners, and nonprofits. If your finances have more moving parts than a single W-2, we're a good fit.

Where are you located? Do you work with clients outside Texas?

We're based in Red Oak, Texas, and serve the Dallas-Fort Worth area. We also work with clients nationwide, so you don't need to be local to work with us.

How does the free consultation work?

Book a time on our online calendar or call us at +1 (888) 316-8667. We'll talk through your situation, your goals, and where you may be leaving money on the table. There's no obligation to move forward.

What should I have ready for my consultation?

It helps to have your most recent tax return handy, plus any IRS notices or business documents you have questions about. Please don't send Social Security numbers or tax documents through our website forms, text messages, or regular email. We'll give you a secure way to share them once you're a client.

Does booking a consultation make me a client?

No. You become a client only after we both sign a written engagement letter. That letter spells out the scope of work, fees, and responsibilities, so there are no surprises.

What is the $1,000 Guarantee?

If we don't find at least $1,000 in tax savings for you, you get your money back. We've offered this guarantee since 2020 because we're confident in the value of proactive planning.

How do I claim my free review?

Book a free consultation on our online calendar. We'll review your situation and show you where the savings are.

Why are you able to guarantee savings?

Most people only hear from their tax preparer once a year, after the opportunities have passed. We look at your full financial picture year-round, so we catch deductions, credits, and structures that reactive filing misses.

What's the difference between tax preparation and tax planning?

Tax preparation reports what already happened. Tax planning shapes what happens next. We build a strategy before the year closes, so you can act on deductions, credits, and timing while they still count.

When should I start tax planning?

Now. The best time is early in the year, but most strategies still work through December. Once the year ends, most of your options are gone.

What does tax planning include?

It depends on your situation. Common strategies include 1031 exchanges, cost segregation studies, Qualified Business Income (QBI) deduction optimization, Real Estate Professional Status (REPS), Roth conversions, and retirement tax sequencing. Every plan includes year-round planning meetings.

Do you also prepare my tax return?

Yes. We prepare returns for our clients, and your return reflects the strategy we built together during the year.

What's included in your bookkeeping service?

Monthly reconciliations, multi-entity accounting and consolidation, rent roll and property-level tracking, class and location tracking, and investor-ready financial statements. At tax time, your books are already clean and ready.

I own several properties or businesses. Can you keep them separate?

Yes. Multi-entity and real estate bookkeeping is our specialty. We track each property and entity on its own, then roll everything up so you see the full picture.

My books are behind. Can you help catch them up?

Yes. Book a consultation and tell us how far behind you are. We'll scope the cleanup before we start.

Is there a new client discount?

Yes. New clients get 35% off their first month of bookkeeping with code BOOK35.

I just got a letter from the IRS. What should I do?

Don't ignore it, and don't panic. Most notices have a response deadline, so note the date on the letter. Then call us or book a consultation before you respond. Many notices can be resolved with the right paperwork.

Can you deal with the IRS for me?

Yes. We handle the Power of Attorney paperwork, respond to notices, and work with the IRS on your behalf, so you don't have to face it alone.

I owe back taxes I can't pay all at once. What are my options?

It depends on your situation. Options can include an installment agreement, penalty abatement, or an offer in compromise. We'll look at your numbers and tell you which ones are realistic.

I'm being audited. Is it too late to get help?

No. The sooner you bring us in, the better. We'll review what the IRS is asking for, organize your records, and help you respond.

Should my business be an LLC or an S-Corp?

It depends on your income, your goals, and how much protection you need. An S-Corp election can lower self-employment tax once profits reach a certain level, but it adds payroll and filing costs. We run the numbers for your situation before you decide.

Do you handle the formation paperwork?

Yes. We help you choose the right structure, including LLCs, Series LLCs, and S-Corps. We also handle EIN and state registration filings, operating agreements, and ongoing compliance reminders.

What is a fractional CFO?

A fractional CFO gives you the strategic financial guidance of a full-time CFO, part-time and at a fraction of the cost. We build 12-month cash-flow forecasts, model scenarios, track your KPIs, and prepare board and investor reporting.

Do you work with nonprofits?

Yes. We help nonprofits from formation through Form 990. That includes 501(c)(3) applications, grant tracking and restricted-fund accounting, board reporting, unrelated business income review, and state charitable registration.

Can you prepare and file our Form 990?

Yes. We prepare and file Form 990 and keep your organization compliant and grant-ready year-round.

How much do your services cost?

It depends on the services you need and how complex your situation is. After your free consultation, we'll give you clear pricing, and your fees are set in writing in your engagement letter. No surprise bills.

How do I pay?

Payments are handled securely through third-party processors. We never store full card numbers.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel my consultation?

Please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment. You can use the link in your confirmation message or call us.

Can I book by phone instead of online?

Yes. Call us at +1 (888) 316-8667, and we'll find a time that works for you.

How do I send you my documents securely?

Once you're a client, you'll get access to our secure client portal for uploading tax returns, W-2s, 1099s, and other sensitive documents. Please don't send these by text, regular email, or website forms.

How is my information protected?

We use encrypted portal uploads, multi-factor authentication, and staff access limited to those who need it. We also maintain a written information security plan as required by the FTC Safeguards Rule.

Do you sell my information?

No. We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Your tax return information gets extra protection under federal law, and we use it only to deliver the services you hired us for.

How do I reach you?

Call us at +1 (888) 316-8667. Phone support is available 24/7, and our office hours are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central. You can also email [email protected].

Will you text me?

Only if you opt in. We send appointment reminders, document requests, and account updates. If you separately opt in, we may also send tax tips and deadline alerts. Reply STOP anytime to opt out, or HELP for help.

Do you offer a newsletter?

Yes. Sign up on our homepage for monthly tax strategies, deadline reminders, and savings opportunities. You can choose real estate, nonprofit, or general news, and unsubscribe anytime.
